The EcoVadis methodology is based on international sustainability standards (Global Reporting Initiative, United Nations Global Compact, ISO 26000) and is overseen by a scientific panel of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and supply chain experts to produce reliable CSR ratings. The most important foundations of the EcoVadis rating are the three management pillars: policies, actions and results.

ETABO has participated in the EcoVadis sustainability ranking every year since 2022 and has always been awarded a medal (which is only awarded to the highest rated companies). The ranking evaluates the areas of environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement within the company.

This reflects the social responsibility of ETABO Energietechnik und Anlagenservice GmbH in terms of sustainable management and includes social, ecological and economic aspects. The "17 goals for sustainable development", the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, play a key role in the assessment.

We are delighted to have received this award and are continuously working to improve ourselves.

The Code of Conduct of the PSS Group, to which ETABO Energietechnik und Anlagenservice GmbH belongs, describes the values that form the basis for our actions.

Respectful, collegial behaviour is the basis of our cooperation. Equal rights for all persons - regardless of nationality, ethnic origin, gender, age, disability, religion, ideology or sexual identity - is a matter of course for us and is exemplified and demanded by management and executives.

This is also in line with the Supplier Code of Conduct, which we use as a basis for cooperation with our suppliers. We require compliance with laws such as the German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act (LkSG), the ban on corruption, bribery, child and forced labour and respect for fair competition, human rights, diversity and fair pay. We strive to continuously optimise our business activities and our products or services in terms of sustainability and ask our suppliers to contribute to this in the sense of a holistic approach.

The corporate policy of ETABO Energietechnik und Anlagenservice GmbH forms the basis for quality, safety, health and environmental protection (SHE) and sustainability. All those involved in the company are required to consistently implement the relevant guidelines and instructions in all areas of work.

Our central concern is to fulfil the requirements and wishes of our customers on time, with high quality standards and professionalism. At the same time, we ensure that the health of all employees is protected and that accidents, occupational illnesses and work-related health hazards are avoided.

Responsible behaviour on the part of all employees and short and transparent decision-making processes form the basis of our corporate culture. As an expression of our team spirit, we live the "you" in the company.
